Day # 17 I Am Thankful For. . . .

CHILDREN WHO CAN TIE THEIR OWN SHOES!

The other day as we were leaving for school I yelled to the kids, "Does everybody have their shoes on?"

And then I remembered.

I remembered all those rushed mornings trying to tie everybody's shoes so we could get out the door.

There are some things I'll miss as my kids get older.

But tying shoes isn't one of them.

What can I say?

It's the little things that make me happy.
