Day # 6 I Am Thankful For. . . .

MY HUSBAND!
Remember my post about the 50 things I love about Jared?  (You can reread it here if you want)!
Well, after these last couple of years there is a whole lot more I could add to it.   I have an amazing husband who works so hard to take care of me and our children.  Everyday I tell myself that I really did get the best of the best!

The past few years haven't been the easiest of years for us.  I think we would both say that they have been some of the most trying years we've had, but through it all I'm always impressed with how he handles the difficulties and challenges that come our way.

A week before Lexi was born Jared graduated with his Masters Degree in Administration!  While getting his degree he was working two jobs.  He had over 450 internship hours he had to get done in the first year AND for the last year of school he started a new position at work as an Assistant Headmaster over the Junior High.

Despite his very busy and demanding schedule he always did his best to rearrange things so he could make it to the kids different events.  He even found time to help coach a child's team, even though it meant many sacrifices on his part.

The other day I was looking at Jared's yearbook from his Senior year and someone had written that "there are only a select few people that I really respect as an individual and you are one of them."  Even back then he stood out and I am so very thankful that he is mine!
