Life would not be the same without Megan in it!
She adds so much spirit and spice to everything.
I've also come to a realization.
Megan is our daredevil.
She is not afraid to try new things.
We went camping last year.
The lake had a zip line over it and none of my kids would even attempt it.
Except for Megan.
She had no fear. All she saw was how fun it looked and she wanted to experience it.
She also begged and begged us to let her go out in the canoe alone.
I said no. Jared said yes.
Megan loves to hold Lexi and has been waiting for her to get a little bit older so she could play with her more.
I see many mall trips together in the future for these two sisters!
Here are a few tidbits about my 3rd child:
- She loves to sing. This year she joined the school choir and has really enjoyed it. She was so excited when the choir teacher asked her if she might consider singing a solo. Of course she would! She already has (remember her in First Grade!?)
- Megan enjoys talking with adults. She'll strike up a conversation with anyone.
- She is getting better at picking up her room. I'm really loving that.
- Megan notices EVERYTHING! She picks up on little details all the time.
- She always gets compliments on her long, curly hair.
- School is not her favorite place to be. She'd rather be home riding her bike or listening to music.
- She has a very tender heart.
I love you Miss Megan.
What in the world would I do without you?!!
